Within the framework of his legal activities on behalf of the "Landesverband des Deutschen Bühnenvereins" - the Regional Section of the German Theatre and Orchestra Association - copyright, collective bargaining and contracts issues have become part of Alexander Unverzagt's everyday legal life.  The same is true for legal and expert opinions on subjects such as "set design" and "productions and copyright" and also for questions on "alterations and copyright" or "alterations to plays".

As the initiator and editor of the series "Kultur, Medien und Recht" (Culture, Media and Law), Alexander Unverzagt was also adviser to the publication "Theater und Recht" (Theatre and Law).

The firm currently advises, amongst others, a number of theatres, music publishers, musical impresarios, artist management companies, actors (both those subject to collectively set rates of pay and freelancers), groups of artists and other event organisers from the independent theatre scene.
