In the event of a dispute, we will help you to reach an out of court settlement but will not hesitate to go on the offensive before the courts to enforce your design rights.  We ensure that products infringing your rights do not enter the German market, secure injunctions ahead of trade fairs or prevent the importation of infringing designs through confiscation procedures at the border.
